Museum Asset Tracking System

Maintaining location information and historical data about each museum specimen in your collection is critical. The NetTrax™ Asset Tracking system is the perfect solution. Your assigned accession numbers can be used as the unique identifier in the tracking system. These numbers can be converted to bar codes and labels that can be printed for each item. A complete database record is established for each specimen and can include information such as the date the item was acquired, value, description, and any other information deemed important to the collection.

The NetTrax™ system is fully customizable to fit the specific needs of your museum. Our programming staff are experts in database applications and work with our clients to produce a detailed analysis of how the NetTrax Asset Tracking System will function. Development, installation, and training are provided by Bradford Systems technical staff and insure a successful implementation of your museum asset tracking system.
